Meet Kelly

Creating positive real estate experiences for her clients fills Kelly Johnson with a sense of purpose and satisfaction, and with her arsenal of industry knowledge, skills, and service capabilities, she’s confident in her ability to delight sellers and buyers alike. Kelly is conscientious about addressing every detail of her clients’ transactions and is always willing to go the extra mile for them.

 

Kelly worked in escrow for 17 years before she earned her real estate license, and she knows the ins and outs of this complicated process as well as anyone can. Kelly also attended culinary school full-time while working two part-time jobs and traveling to Los Angeles every other week to be with her children. When she tended to the dessert line at Spago in Palo Alto, the watchful eyes of hungry customers never knocked her off balance; she remained even-keeled and organized and always had a smile. Upon joining the industry, Kelly’s stamina helped propel her career — being tough when needed and patient all the time — and she achieved repeated top ten agent status. Her real estate passion has since replaced her love for creating desserts — though she still enjoys eating them! Kelly mostly represents sellers but is open to all demographics.

 

Kelly is originally from Monrovia, California. Her husband’s job took them to the Chico area in 2020, but she still helps clients in Southern California and partners with other agents there. In her personal time, Kelly enjoys being social and taking every opportunity to be outdoors, including hiking and taking her Rottweiler and English mastiff for walks. She also loves the ocean and tries to go paddle boarding and kayaking as much as possible. Kelly loves serving her community, and she and her husband were Rotary members for many years before joining Elks. Kelly has also served on various committees for children’s hospitals and served on the board for Methodist Hospital’s Club 300.
