He began his professional sales career by co-founding a business with his parents that published music theory teaching aids, and later worked as an independent sales rep for a global music accessory manufacturer. These experiences, along with his real estate career, have refined his skills in client relations and strategic problem-solving.

Dustin resides in Chico with his wife and three children. Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending quality time with his family through traveling, road trips, camping, biking, and swimming.
