California native Deborah Bohan is proud to represent the beauty and history of Chico, California. As a teenager, she developed a passion for real estate, touring model homes, and studying floor plans. Deborah holds a degree in interior design with an emphasis in architecture and drafting, and she understands what makes a house a home. Deborah entered the industry in property management and new construction sales before expanding into the residential market. In addition to real estate and interior design, she also runs a photography business. With over three decades of self-employment and sales experience, Deborah possesses exceptional customer service and organizational skills.

A true Renaissance woman, Deborah enjoys various hobbies, including gardening, crafting, cooking, wine tasting, antiquing, and exploring genealogy.
